Unless otherwise agreed, MasterTech Global retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries, reusable components, tools, methodologies and internal systems.

Availability, pricing, policies and functionality of third-party services are controlled by those providers and are outside our direct control.

Estimated delivery timelines are based on the agreed scope and timely receipt of required information, approvals and payments.

Timelines may change where requirements are modified, approvals are delayed, third-party services experience problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control occur.

12. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support, maintenance and updates are provided according to the applicable project agreement or support plan.

New features, major changes and third-party integration changes may be treated as additional development work.
